Using a server in Germany to support php5 and mysql, get off other sites,the post, such as slience.c.pl, upload the source code is UTF-8 , and some installation wizard will all be garbage , some are not garbled, Upload X1.5 UTF-8 , the installation wizard is all garbled, English is not shown in Figure
