I have ordered from Zappos, Shoebuy, Shoemart, and Sherman Brothers w/o a problem but have received by far the best service from Sherman Brothers. Their knowledge is at a different level. Tell them what brands you have worn recently and how they fit and you should get good advice. I typically stick to brands I know fit me, mostly Cole Haan, but in recent years their sizing has stopped at 13 and their quality has gone down. It's much easier to go with what you know.
