Set up directions (Straightforward):
Download
Visit recovery
Pick ultimate
Flash and reboot
This may WIPE

Set up instructions (Newbie):
In case your coming from stock then root your telephone.
When rooted download rom manager from android marketplace and flash clockwork mod recovery,Win 7, ensure u select i9000 when prompted
Download Ultimate and put in SD CARD of your phone.
Then visit recovery by turning off your telephone, then pressing volume up, power and home button till it says SGS I9000
Then if u wind up in samsung recovery then click on use sdcard update.zip, now you will end up in recovery (You may have to repeat this twice)
Then click choose zip from sd card, pick ULTIMATE
Click Indeed and Reboot.
