出租车司机劫杀回乡女教师一审获死刑
 

　　晨报讯 2月1日凌晨，铜陵市发生一起抢劫杀人案，广州某高校女教师刘某回铜陵老家过年，在乘坐出租车回家途中，被 司机张飞抢劫后杀害。(详见本报2月10日A10版《女教师回家过年遇“夺命的士”》)

　　4月2日上午，铜陵市中级人民法院一审以抢劫、故意杀人罪，判处被告人张飞死刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并 处罚金1000元。

　　负债起歹念司机残忍杀人

　　因为长期赌博负债，出租车司机张飞准备抢点钱花花。2月1日3时许，从广州回铜陵探亲的27岁女教师刘 某成了受害人。乘坐大巴车在铜陵市黑天鹅宾馆附近下车后，刘某搭乘了张飞驾驶的皖GT9345号出租车，准 备前往家住铜陵县县城的父母住处。

　　见上车的是一名孤身女子，张飞决定对其实施抢劫。随后，张飞故意绕道行驶，在铜陵县沿江快速通道34号 高压电线铁塔附近停下，揪住刘某的头发，威逼其交出钱财。

　　劫得370元现金后，张飞用十字形螺丝刀对刘某的头颈部、腰背部捅刺十余次，并威胁其不许报警。因害怕 事情败露，张飞索性用地上的石块将刘某杀害。

　　随后，张飞驾车将尸体、作案工具等抛弃多地，并将出租车丢弃在铜陵县顺安镇农贸市场附近后 逃离。

　　心存侥幸试图躲避严惩

　　在残忍杀害刘某之后，张飞曾多次接到刘某的父亲以及派出所的多次电话询问，他都对答如流，企图掩饰犯罪 事实。案发后，张飞逃往马鞍山等地，并将劫得的手机以600元的价格出售。

　　案发后，张飞对其亲属也是极力隐瞒案情，拒绝自首，并四处借钱准备逃跑。2月4日10时许，抓捕小组在 庐江将准备逃亡外地的张飞抓获归案。

　　4月2日的庭审中，张飞哭诉称，自己作案时头脑一片空白，杀人是由于惊慌失措，并非故意。但法院认为， 张飞的辩解与查明事实不符，从轻处罚的理由不能成立。

　　法院依法判决被告人张飞犯故意杀人罪，判处死刑，剥夺政治权利终身,GHD IV Gold Styler；犯抢劫罪，判处有期徒刑五年，并处罚金1000元。两罪并罚，决定执行死刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处罚金 1000元；张飞没有当庭提起上诉。 本报记者 方佳伟
