夏季进补应该注意什么?
 
夏季比较炎热,容易出汗,体力消耗比较大,普遍人们到了夏天体质都有所下降。因此,人们总是感到身体很虚, 胃口又差,以为生病,其实不然。只是阴分不足,体质较差,营养不良,劳累过度。这些人对暑热的抵抗比较差, 难于适应炎热的气候。所以,人们在夏季可以选用西洋参、石斛、麦冬等益气生津的药物适当进补以调正气而改善 体质。
但是,夏季进补可不象冬季,必须严谨,否则将会适得其反。
1.体强无病 身体强壮者,一般不需进补,更忌长期进补
2.有湿热者忌补 病人如有舌苔厚腻、胸腹胀闷、肢体酸重、小便黄赤等,是湿热困脾,有外邪,故不能进补,否则就 会闭门留寇。
3.暑热未清者忌补 如过早进补,会使暑热不易消退,甚至使已经逐步消退的暑热死灰复燃。所以一定要结合清暑退热药,如清暑益气 汤。
4.忌腻补 夏天多热多湿,要清补,而不能腻补、蛮补。如十全大补烫更是不能用,水宜生水杯价格表。参类中推荐西洋参。西洋参性凉,有补气生津之效。夏天出汗较多含上一片效果很好。
