牛奶合理烧煮法
煮牛奶时加热温度过低,时间过短,则达不到消毒目的;温度过高,时间过久,则破坏营养成分,且降低色香味, 所以煮牛奶要用旺火,煮沸后立即熄火,待片刻再煮,再沸再熄火,健尔马足疗机,如此3、4次,就能两全其美了。
