Chinese President Hu Jintao held talks with the visiting French President Jacques Chirac in Beijing on Thursday. The agreement was signed after the talks. It is one of 14 cooperation agreements signed on Thursday which range from aviation,beats by dre, nuclear power utilization to prevention of infectious diseases.

China and France also signed a joint statement on Thursday.
